If your camper hopes to become a counselor one day, our Leadership Training Program is the perfect place to start. This program equips participants with the skills and experience needed for future roles on staff. Ventures and CITs gradually take on more responsibility as they demonstrate readiness, and each participant will complete a mock job application as part of their training.

The volunteer year functions as an extended interview for a future counselor position. If counselors and staff are impressed with a participant’s performance, they may be offered a position for the following summer.

Campers must complete the Venture program before moving on to CIT, and must complete CIT before becoming a Volunteer.

Cost: $1259 for 3 weeks (home on weekends)
Schedule: Overnight camp runs Sunday at 5 PM through Thursday at 7 PM.
