

Our fun interactive field trip for elementary-age students starts in November and runs until winter break. Students will get to experience 3 holidays of your choosing and have a lunch break.
A typical field trip starts at 10 AM and runs until 1 PM.
(We are flexible with those times due to school start times and bussing, etc.)

Holidays Around the World

Chinese New Year
Students will learn about the exciting holiday traditions of Eastern Asia, with a special spotlight on the vibrant Lunar New Year! They'll also get to unleash their creativity by making their very own dragon puppet!

Kwanzaa
Students will learn about the history of Kwanzaa and uncover the meaningful significance of this celebration for those with African-American heritage! They'll have a blast making their very own bracelet to take home, proudly showcasing the vibrant colors of Kwanzaa!

Christmas in Germany
Students will learn about the history of the Christmas tree and Saint Nicholas, along with various German traditions. They will create a Christmas ornament for the classroom and sing German songs such as "O Tannenbaum" and "Silent Night."

Hanukkah
Students will learn about the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. They will observe a menorah, listen to a blessing, and participate in the dreidel game, and they'll even get to take home very own Hanukkah dreidel!

Las Posadas
Students will learn about Las Posadas and various Mexican traditions. They will perform a reenactment of Las Posadas, depicting the journey of Joseph and Mary from Nazareth to Bethlehem, and then join in the Piñata game, taking home some candy as a treat.
